Warranty Information
The warranty period commences on the earlier of the date of purchase by the first retail owner or the date it is first utilized as a demonstrator, lease, or company car. The following durations are applicable:
4-year/50,000 miles (80,000 km)
2-year warranty on genuine parts
12-year Corrosion Limited Warranty
Pre-Owned 2 years coverage with unlimited miles
New Vehicle Warranty
Enjoy peace of mind with our 4-year/50,000 miles (80,000 km) New Vehicle Warranty, starting from the day your car is first delivered to the initial retail purchaser or used as a demonstrator, lease, or company car, whichever occurs first.
Porsche Genuine Parts and Accessories Warranty
Benefit from a 2-year warranty on genuine Porsche parts, exchange parts, and accessories, whether used or purchased outside of warranty work. Parts supplied by PCNA and installed by an authorized Porsche Center at the time of purchase are covered for two years with unlimited mileage from the installation date. In cases where repaired or replaced parts are covered for a shorter duration, the warranty will apply for the remaining period.
Corrosion Perforation Limited Warranty
Experience lasting protection with our 12-year Corrosion Perforation Limited Warranty, ensuring the replacement of any sheet metal that undergoes complete rust-through.
Porsche Approved Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty
The Porsche Approved Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty offers 2 years of coverage with unlimited miles, starting immediately upon the expiration of the New Vehicle Limited Warranty, based on whichever comes first, whether it's months or miles.
Tire Warranty from Tire Manufacturer Limited Warranty
Warranty coverage for original equipment tires on new Porsche vehicles is provided by their respective manufacturers, as outlined in the applicable tire manufacturer’s warranty statement. The terms and conditions of these warranties are independently determined by the tire manufacturers and are not influenced by PCNA.
